MailHarbor

Actions

Actions are the tasks MailHarbor performs automatically when a rule matches. Each action is independent — one rule can trigger multiple actions simultaneously. Configure integration-required actions once; they then become available in the rule wizard.

Attaching actions to rules

Actions are attached when you build or edit a rule using the step-by-step wizard in the mobile app. A single rule can trigger any combination of actions — for example, starring a message and sending an AI SMS with the extracted number you care about. Setup-required actions only appear as options once you have configured them.
